Shipping Update April 5th

Greetings Slayers,
US fulfillment began yesterday! More updates by region below:
US (Bridge Fulfillment) - Freight arrived yesterday and fulfillment began immediately starting with Collector's Pledges! Lookout for tracking emails from ShipHero [email protected] (check your spam). US fulfillment will take weeks, so don't worry if you don't get a tracking email right away. Your Exclusives will come in a smaller box inside the carton, be sure to look for them!
Canada (Ziing) - Freight has arrived and fulfillment will begin any day now. It looks like they don't send address verification emails, so it will ship to the address we have for you in Backerkit. (You can check the address we have for you here. If that is not the correct address, please contact [email protected].)
UK (Spiral Galaxy) - Freight should arrive at the warehouse on April 9th! Address verification emails were already set. If you don't see them, check your spam!
EU - Europe is split between Surfin Meeple and Happyshops. Freight for both hubs is on the same boat and is scheduled to arrive at port April 6th!

Surfin Meeple Update - Surfin Meeplesent out address verification emails from "Matagot & Friends <[email protected]>". The freight boat is scheduled to arrive at port April 6th! From there, they'll need some time to clear customs and truck the containers to the warehouse.

Happyshops Countries - Germany, Sweden, Poland, Czechia, Finland, Norway, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Rest of World

Happyshops Update - Address verification emails should be coming next week. The freight boat is scheduled to arrive at port April 6th! From there it takes a few days to clear customs and get to the warehouse.

VAT for Norway, Iceland, Switzerland - We charged these countries VAT, but we're not sure if that will be accounted for when the game ships. If we can't pay VAT for you in these countries, we will refund your VAT as soon as possible.
Rest of World (Happyshops) - These regions ship from Happyshops (see update above).
Asia (VFI) - VFI has received the game! We're waiting to hear when they will start. Should be soon.
Australia/NZ (Aetherworks) - Fulfillment is complete (aside from new Late Pledges). We're going to start shipping damaged/missing parts next week.
Japan - Fulfillment is complete (aside from new Late Pledges). We're going to start shipping damaged/missing parts next week.
Late Pledges
Late Pledges are shipping with everything else this wave. Orders take about 7-10 days to get added to the queue, which could mean they get shipped with all other similar items or added to the end of the queue. Depends on the timing.

Fulfillment is underway!! Some in Australia and Japan have already gotten their game!
Address Verification Emails
Look out for address verification emails from our fulfillment partners. These emails are your last chance to change your address. Other than these emails, we are no longer able to accept address changes. Different regions will be sending these at different times.
Updates by Region
Japan - Shipping has begun! Please be aware that your game will be shipped separately from exclusives/add-ons. Also Table Playmats are shipped separately. If you get one shipment, it could take more than a week for everything else to arrive. Details here: https://kibidango.com/project/2313/action/17942. Australia - Aetherworks has begun shipping! Look out for address verification and tracking emails.
US - Address verification emails were sent yesterday from Bridge Distribution. You can also update your US address here. March 26th at 11:59pm EST is the cutoff to make final changes to your address. If your address hasn't changed, you don't need to do anything. You can check the address we sent to Bridge in Backerkit (if you lost your survey link, click here).
Canada - Freight has arrived! We hit a customs delay so fulfillment may not start until the first week of April.
Everywhere Else - No changes since the last update.

We are still accepting Late Pledges and charging them periodically - don't worry if you placed an order and haven't been charged yet. Your order will be shipped in this fulfillment wave.

Slay the Spire is coming!! Shipping should be starting for all regions within the next 30 days. You'll get a tracking email from the fulfillment partner for your region (in parentheses) when it's shipped.

Australia and Japan shipments have landed and should be shipping soon. Freight for other regions is still on the water and is scheduled to arrive by the end of March. Then it takes a few days to clear customs and get to the fulfillment center. Hopefully we don't hit freight or customs delays!

Table Playmats are shipped separately. They may arrive over a week before or after the rest of your game.
The Companion App is almost done! We'll announce a launch date as soon as we have one, probably in the second half of April. English will be available on launch, as we work on adding more languages over the first few updates.

Production is complete!! We're on schedule!

Greetings Slayers,
Production was completed on schedule!! Most of the world is still on a Late March through Late May delivery timeline. Japan will start shipping sooner. We'll update you as we know more!
Taxes for Canada, Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland have been added to Backerkit and will be charged on March 5th. Our apologies, taxes for these regions weren't set up correctly before.
Production Complete
We did it!! We slayed production!
Our production schedule was aggressive, but we finished before Chinese New Year! We at Contention Games would like to thank our localization partners and our manufacturer Longpack for their tremendous effort in making this possible.
Locking Addresses
We'll be locking addresses in Backerkit on March 1st. If you need to change your address after March 1st, please contact us at [email protected] or message us on Kickstarter.

Declined Cards / Order Changes

Greetings Slayers!
Just a quick update in case your card was declined or you need help making last minute changes to your order. If that's not you, you can skip this update. Backerkit automatically emailed you if your card was declined.
Cards Declined
We locked orders and charged all remaining balances on January 15th. If your credit card was declined, first make sure you entered your payment info in Backerkit correctly, then try contacting your credit card company, then finally try Backerkit support. You can reach Backerkit support through the "Need help?" link in the upper right.
If you lost your Backerkit link, you can get a new one here. We will try declined credit cards again every Monday for the next few weeks.
Last Minute Changes

Changing Address - You can still change your address, but if you need to change your state or country, email us at [email protected]. Those changes affect shipping and tax costs, so we have to do it for you. We'll lock addresses in early March.

Changing Your Order - If you want to adjust add-ons or pledge level, you can email us at [email protected] and we can do it manually. Stock on some languages is already low. These changes can be made until early March as stock allows.
