Late Pledges close April 30th! Please see shipping updates by region below.
The Table Playmats are shipped separately. Everything else should be in one box. They may show up over a week before or after your game. Please be patient, the rest is coming!
Has my package shipped yet? Fulfillment will take weeks and your game is coming! Sometimes a shipping label is made, but your game might not get picked up by the carrier for up to a week. Someone in your neighborhood might get their game weeks before you. This is all normal - there are several factors that go into when packages ship, so please be patient with us and with our fulfillment partners as we try to get everyone their game.
Updates by Region
US (Bridge Fulfillment) - Fulfillment is 55% complete! UPS is having delays picking up shipments, which means your shipping label might not move for over a week. These UPS packages should start moving soon. The first phase of fulfillment was prepacked, so this later phase will go slower and into at least mid May. Lookout for tracking emails from ShipHero [email protected] (check your spam). For shipping issues, please contact [email protected].
Canada (Ziing) - Fulfillment started April 19th! Shipments are arriving without tracking emails. Ziing is aware and working on a solution, but for now there's nothing we can do except keep an eye out. For shipping issues, please contact [email protected].
UK (Spiral Galaxy) - Fulfillment is underway! If you didn't get a tracking email yet, please be patient and keep an eye on your spam.
EU - Europe is split between Surfin Meeple and Happyshops. We don't know what order they will ship games in, so please be patient if you see others with your country/language getting the game.

VAT for Norway, Iceland, Switzerland - We charged these countries VAT, but we're not sure if that will be accounted for when the game ships. If we can't pay VAT for you in these countries, we will refund your VAT as soon as possible. Please inform us in the comments if you paid VAT to receive in of these countries.

Asia (VFI) - Fulfillment is underway! Keep an eye out for tracking emails. For shipping issues, please contact [email protected].
Australia/NZ (Aetherworks) - Fulfillment is complete (aside from new Late Pledges). Damaged/missing parts have started shipping.

Companion App
We're planning to submit the Companion App for approval by the end of the month. It will take a week or two to get approved. We'll update as soon as it's live!
Late Pledges
Late Pledges are closing April 30th! Late Pledges will ship towards the end of this wave and include exclusives.

Shipping Update April 15th

Fulfillment is well underway! This will be a multi-week process, so please bear with us as packages are sent out.
You might see people all over the world receiving their packages and wonder why yours hasn’t arrived yet. Someone in your neighborhood might even get their game weeks before you. This is all normal - there are several factors that go into when packages are fulfilled, so please be patient with us and with our fulfillment partners as we try to get everyone their game.
Updates by Region
US (Bridge Fulfillment) - Fulfillment is 45% complete! Lookout for tracking emails from ShipHero [email protected] (check your spam). US fulfillment will still continue for weeks, so don't worry if you didn't get a tracking email yet. Your Exclusives may come in a smaller box inside the carton, be sure to look for them!
Canada (Ziing) - Fulfillment starts April 19th! There were no address verification emails, so it will ship to the address we have for you in Backerkit.
UK (Spiral Galaxy) - Fulfillment is underway! If you didn't get a tracking email yet, please be patient and keep an eye on your spam.

US fulfillment began yesterday! More updates by region below:
US (Bridge Fulfillment) - Freight arrived yesterday and fulfillment began immediately starting with Collector's Pledges! Lookout for tracking emails from ShipHero [email protected] (check your spam). US fulfillment will take weeks, so don't worry if you don't get a tracking email right away. Your Exclusives will come in a smaller box inside the carton, be sure to look for them!
Canada (Ziing) - Freight has arrived and fulfillment will begin any day now. It looks like they don't send address verification emails, so it will ship to the address we have for you in Backerkit. (You can check the address we have for you here. If that is not the correct address, please contact [email protected].)
UK (Spiral Galaxy) - Freight should arrive at the warehouse on April 9th! Address verification emails were already set. If you don't see them, check your spam!
EU - Europe is split between Surfin Meeple and Happyshops. Freight for both hubs is on the same boat and is scheduled to arrive at port April 6th!

Address Verification Emails
Look out for address verification emails from our fulfillment partners. These emails are your last chance to change your address. Other than these emails, we are no longer able to accept address changes. Different regions will be sending these at different times.
Updates by Region
Japan - Shipping has begun! Please be aware that your game will be shipped separately from exclusives/add-ons. Also Table Playmats are shipped separately. Australia - Aetherworks has begun shipping! Look out for address verification and tracking emails.
US - Address verification emails were sent yesterday from Bridge Distribution. You can also update your US address here. March 26th at 11:59pm EST is the cutoff to make final changes to your address. If your address hasn't changed, you don't need to do anything. You can check the address we sent to Bridge in Backerkit (if you lost your survey link, click here).
Canada - Freight has arrived! We hit a customs delay so fulfillment may not start until the first week of April.
Everywhere Else - No changes since the last update.

Slay the Spire is coming!! Shipping should be starting for all regions within the next 30 days. You'll get a tracking email from the fulfillment partner for your region (in parentheses) when it's shipped.

Australia and Japan shipments have landed and should be shipping soon. Freight for other regions is still on the water and is scheduled to arrive by the end of March. Then it takes a few days to clear customs and get to the fulfillment center. Hopefully we don't hit freight or customs delays!

The Companion App is almost done! We'll announce a launch date as soon as we have one, probably in the second half of April. English will be available on launch, as we work on adding more languages over the first few updates.
