Greetings Slayers,
Fulfillment is wrapping up! Please see updates by region below. Any pledges that were finalized after March 25th are shipping with Late Pledges. If your region is done, your package may currently be in transit. Please check your spam folder for a tracking number.
The Table Playmats are shipped separately. Everything else should be in one box. They may show up over a week before or after your game. Please be patient, the rest is coming!
Has my package shipped yet? Sometimes a shipping label is made, but your game might not get picked up by the carrier for up to a week. Someone in your neighborhood might get their game weeks before you. This is all normal - there are several factors that go into when packages ship, so please be patient with us and with our fulfillment partners as we try to get everyone their game. If we announce that fulfillment in your region is 100% complete, but you didn't get a tracking number, please contact [email protected] (check your spam folder first).
Updates by Region
US (Bridge Fulfillment) - Fulfillment is complete (aside from Late Pledges)! Late Pledges have started shipping. We plan to start shipping replacement parts by the end of May. Lookout for tracking emails from ShipHero [email protected] (check your spam). For shipping issues, please contact [email protected].
Canada (Ziing) - Fulfillment is complete (aside from Late Pledges). Some recent orders were shipped without tracking numbers, so please keep an eye out! Late Pledges will be sent from a different fulfillment center (to be announced). For shipping/tracking issues, please contact [email protected]. Shipping issues that require reshipping will be sent from the new hub. You can contact [email protected] regarding Late Pledges or if your issue requires reshipping. We'll make a separate announcement for Canada when freight is about to arrive at the new hub. We know that Ziing has caused issues for many of you - please know that we are 100% committed to making sure you get your game and will do whatever it takes to make that happen! There will be a week gap as we move freight to the new hub, so please bear with us.
UK (Spiral Galaxy) - Fulfillment is complete (aside from Late Pledges)! Late Pledges are shipping soon. VAT for Norway, Iceland, Switzerland - We collected VAT for these countries. We're refunding Iceland and Switzerland VAT this week. We're still learning Norway VAT rules, but our current understanding is that we were supposed to collect VAT for Norway and need to report it using the VOEC system.
Rest of World (Happyshops) - These regions ship from Happyshops, including Mexico and South America (see update above).
Asia (VFI) - Fulfillment is still underway! You can see the status of Slay the Spire in your region towards the bottom here https://vfi.asia/hubs/. For shipping issues, please contact [email protected].
Australia/NZ (Aetherworks) - Fulfillment is complete (aside from Late Pledges)! Late Pledges are underway. Damaged/missing parts have mostly shipped. If you reported damaged/missing parts recently, we're still getting to them.
Japan - Fulfillment is complete (aside from Late Pledges)! Late Pledges are starting soon. There are a few damaged/missing parts we're getting to.

Companion App
The Companion App is live! https://contentiongames.com/sts-app/
We've updated the music player with a Loop button and track names that include the Act. There have also been LOTS of bug fixes. Here's what we're working on now:
- Music Player - Getting the music to play when the screen is locked (and other play issues).
- Compatibility issues - for various devices including Galaxy, Fold, and tablet devices.
- Languages support - Once we fix the above 2 issues, we'll work on adding more languages.
- There's a bug where the wrong images may appear on cards. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app should fix it.

The Companion App is live!! It's currently English only. We'll announce more languages as they're ready.
Install the Companion App
It has lots of handy features including:
- Card compendium
- Searchable rulebook
- Music Player (Slay the Spire OST)
- Unlock/Ascension tracking
- Character Randomizer
- HP Tracker
- Daily Climb randomizer
- Save game
Try it out! Let us know what you think. We're still making improvements.

US (Bridge Fulfillment) - Fulfillment is over 80% complete and will continue into mid-May. Then we'll focus on Late Pledges and replacement parts. UPS is having delays picking up shipments, which means your shipping label might not move for over a week. Lookout for tracking emails from ShipHero [email protected] (check your spam). Canada (Ziing) - The first wave of shipments were sent April 19th without tracking emails. Ziing paused shipments while they worked on a solution. Tracking emails should be working now, and they just shipped 1000 more units. For shipping issues, please contact [email protected]. (We gave you the wrong contact email last update - if you didn't get a reply please try again with [email protected].) Addresses from the first wave with apartment numbers or 2nd line addresses may not have included them. Keep an eye out for this issue and let Ziing know if it made your package bounce back. We will reship your package if it was returned to sender.

US (Bridge Fulfillment) - Fulfillment is 55% complete! UPS is having delays picking up shipments, which means your shipping label might not move for over a week. These UPS packages should start moving soon. The first phase of fulfillment was prepacked, so this later phase will go slower and into at least mid May. US fulfillment will still continue for weeks, so don't worry if you didn't get a tracking email yet. Your Exclusives may come in a smaller box inside the carton, be sure to look for them!
Canada (Ziing) - Fulfillment starts April 19th! There were no address verification emails, so it will ship to the address we have for you in Backerkit.
